About ACS

Academic Computing provides support for the TLC program through the Help Desk, Micro Repair and other support staff. We provide support to departmental labs and administrative users, maintain servers to support students and consult with faculty and staff on computing-related problems.

Help Desk Staff
The Help Desk provides support for NMU issued software and computers, including TLC notebooks to students, faculty, and staff. Help is available via email, telephone, walk-in service and the helpdesk Web site. Please use the Problem Report form to request assistance.
