- Choose View > Reports > Workflow > Publish Status.
- Click on the file you want to change, then click again in the Public column.
- Choose Don't Publish from the pull-down menu.
To add a basic hit counter to a page:
- Make sure you are in Page View (choose View > Page).
- Click where you want to place the hit counter.
- Choose Insert > Web Component.
- Select Hit Counter, then double-click the counter style you want.
- Set the hit counter properties, then click OK.
- Select the counter style.
- Check to set the counter to zero (optional).
- Check to change the fixed number of digits (how many digits will show). For example, 3 digits means the counter will show "001" then "002" etc. Four digits means the counter will show "0001" then "0002" etc.The default is 5 ("00001" then "00002" etc.).
- Publish the page and test your hit counter by reloading the page a few times.
