Re-entering Your User ID and Password
- Click Start > Connect To > Show All Connections to open the Network Connections folder.
- Double-click the connection.
- Uncheck the Save this user name and password box.
- Retype your use ID and password.
Make sure that you type both your user ID and password in lower case, and that "Caps Lock" on your keyboard is not turned on.
- Check the Save this user name and password box.
- Click Dial.
