User Request Forms
Special requests for Class Email Lists, Class Roster Lists, Listserv Mailing Lists, WebCT online courses, Chat Rooms, and special department or student organization email accounts, can be submitted through appropriate form link below:
| Academic Majors Email List | Request an academic majors email list. |
| ACS Streaming Video Service Request | This is a request form to have mpg video converted and uploaded to the Academic Computing Streaming Video Server. |
| Class E-mail Lists | Class E-mail addresses need to be requested by the instructor each semester and are active only during that semester. |
| Class Roster | Display a class roster. |
| Classroom Request Form | Schedule a classroom. |
| Classroom Software Installation Request | Request installation of software in a classroom. |
| Faculty FrontPage Server Account | FrontPage extended features and web publishing are available to NMU faculty. The FrontPage Server Extensions are a set of programs that are installed on this Web server to support administering, authoring, and browsing a FrontPage Web using the FrontPage program (client). |
| ListServ List | Use a listserv list for class discussion. |
| Special Email Accounts | Special email addresses for use with department projects or mailings or for Student Organization web pages. |
