I have attempted to login to MyNMU several times ... (Rachel Hare)

I have attempted to login to MyNMU several times over the last few days (since returning from orientation), and each time, the same thing happens: the login appears to go smoothly, but after about 30 seconds, I am automatically logged back out, for no apparent reason. I have been trying to access my schedule, but when the outer window is logged out, the window where my schedule should be says 'A break-in attempt has been detected,' and when I try to log in on that window, it claims I have an invalid user id or pin number.

How can I fix this?
